There are many reasons for wanting to eat well, but among them, a priority may be to promote brain health.

From lowering your risk of dementia to supporting mental health, experts say there are good reasons to limit these foods and drinks if you’re not already doing so.

Fruit juices and other sugary drinks

It’s time to cut back on your juice and sugary drink intake.

“Many people [drink] a tall glass of fruit juice for breakfast without realizing how much it affects their brain.
