President Bush on Wednesday said, “The best way to protect that country is to defeat the enemy abroad so we don’t have to face them here at domestic. And for the enlarged term peace and protection of that country, we must advance an ideology that stands in

stark contrast to the ideology of the killers. The best way to secure that homeland is to stay on the offense, and in the meanwhile, energize the spread of liberty as an alternative to tyranny.”
